6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Stitch Now is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Stitch Now is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
